As a childcare provider we began more than thirty years ago with a few children meeting in a private home. As the number of children grew it moved into the School Hall at Sale and Davys School. In 1998 it became a registered childcare charity being run by a volunteer committee of parents for the benefit of the children from the village and surrounding area. Following that, in 2013 we moved into our new premises in the Village Hall where we are now.

Our childcare charity organisation is trustee led and complies with the strict constitution laid out by the Charity Commission.

We have currently have three trustees.

Our manager is called Faye and our deputy is called Sarah.

All staff are DBS checked, have up to date pediatric first aid training and have regular training on safeguarding and other relevant training needed for their job role.

The children learn through play in a safe, secure, stimulating environment. Learning to build relationships and learning skills to help them to start school. Every child is given a key worker when they start. We do weekly observations and use the online platform Tapesty.
